Ingredientes.
- 250 grs. de papas
- aceite de oliva
- sal
- pimienta
- paprica
- ajo (opcional)
Preparación.
Prende el horno a lo más fuerte que se pueda y caliéntalo por 10 minutos. Toma las papas y lávalas bien. Luego, sin quitarles la cáscara, pártelas en cuatro gajos (si las papas son muy grandes en 6). Sécalas muy bien para que no se peguen a la lata del horno. Pónlas en la lata del horno con la cáscara tocando la lata. Luego viérteles por encima aceite de oliva, pimienta, paprica, sal y ajo.
Mételas en el horno y en 30 minutos estaran listas para acompañar cualquier carne o sólo para picar.
