Pollo asado que nunca nunca falla
Ingredientes:
Pollo
sal
jugo de limón (yo echo el jugo de 1 limón por presa)
Aliña el pollo con sal y jugo de limón y ponlo al horno durante una hora.
(Yo lo hago con piel, pero me lo como sin)
Papas a lo gringo
Papas (dos medianas/una grande por comensal)
Crema ácida
Mantequilla/margaritna
Ciboullette picado
Lavar bien las papas (con cáscara) y ponerlas a cocer. Una vez cocidas poner en una fuente para servir y hacerle un corte transversal a cada papa, sobre el cual se vierte un poquito de mantequilla, un poco de crema ácida y sobre ella, se espolvorea el ciboullette.
(Este terriblemente complicado procedimiento puede ser efectuado también por cada comensal)
PD: nunca he sabido en qué momento se le echa la sal a las papas, yo echo sal al agua.

Blanca, hice las papas, pero me quedaron demasiado "al dente", espero la proxima vez poder contar bien el tiempo!!!!!!!!!
El pollo al limon es tan rico y facil, siempre lo hago y quedan todos felices!
sí, las papas.... nunca sé cuanto tiempo es.... yo cacho que aprox 30 min.... sigo con el método de enterrarle algo pa' ver que estén blandas.... si cuento alguna vez el tpo, te cuento.
